Martin Gilman has worked for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) since 1981. Prior to this, he was an Economist at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris, while finishing his dissertation for the London School of Economics. Mr Gilman is a Professor of Economics and Director of the Economic Policy Center at the Higher School of Economics. In addition, he is an Independent Director on Rosbank’s BoD, and advisor to USB and the Bank of Japan.
