Ivan Rodionov was the Managing Director of AIG-Brunswick Capital Management from 1997 to 2006. Prior to that, he headed the Project Financing department at Alfa Bank. Over 1994-96, Mr Rodionov lead Onexim Bank’s Investment department, and before that he was the Deputy Head of the Russian Bank for Reconstruction & Development’s investment arm and was part of a team of experts put together by KPMG and McKinsey to develop the bank’s business plan.
Mr Rodionov sits on the BoD of North Western Telecom and IBS. He is Chairman of the Board at PhosArgo and Energy-Machine Building Alliance. He also chairs the Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s investment policy committee.
Mr Rodionov is a graduate of the Lomonosov State University (Moscow) and holds a PhD in Economics. He has published 25 books and around 500 articles about project financing, venture capital and the economics of information.
