Admission and Security

With a Forum of this size along with a large number of distinguished speakers, it is essential an adequate level of security is present at all times.

Please have your security badge with you at the Forum in the World Trade Center even to enter the specific rooms for the panel sessions between 4 - 5 February. Badges will be distributed from 4-5 February at the registration desk throughout the Forum.

All participants should enter and register for the Forum via entrance #4 of the World Trade Center.

For security reasons participants are requested to have their badges for access to all Forum sessions and entertainment events within the Forum.

We advise all delegates and speakers to ensure they arrive in good time for the first session each morning.

Registration

Participant registration begins at the registration desk in the World Trade Center, entrance # 4 at 8.00 am on 4 February.

Language

The official languages at the Forum are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation services will be provided at all meetings and discussions.

Seating Plan

All seating will be free form for delegates in the discussion halls.

Internet Access

Wi-Fi will be available over all of the Forum area.

Transport

Transport services
A 24-hour taxi service will be available for guests from February 3 until February 7 (at guests’ expense).

Transfers
On February 4th, 5th and 6th, shuttles will run between “Ulitsa 1905 goda” metro station and the World Trade Center. Shuttles begin service at 8:00 am and run every fifteen minutes thereafter.

On February 5 transfer services will be provided from the World Trade Center (WTC) to Gostiny Dvor for the gala-concert “The Gift of Hope” (аddress: Gostiny Dvor, 4, Ilyinka Street). Shuttle buses will depart from the WTC starting at 18:00. The last bus will leave at 18:30. After the concert transfer services will be provided back from Gostiny Dvor to the WTC. Sign on the vehicles will read “THE RUSSIA FORUM 2009”.

For questions regarding transport, Forum participants may receive help from the staff at the information desk in the World Trade Center.

Currency and Credit Cards

The Russian currency is the Ruble (RUR). Major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and Visa) are accepted at hotels, major restaurants and most shops in Russia.
